BitGo is undergoing scheduled trading maintenance as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our systems on Sunday, November 23rd, 2025 beginning at 8am PT and lasting up to 1 hour.

All trading services, via API and our platform (app.bitgo.com), will be paused. Open orders will also be paused and resume trading once maintenance is completed. You will not be able to submit new orders. Trading services will automatically resume following the maintenance window.

Berachain (BERA) – Deposits and withdrawals paused due to network halt

Update - We are currently unable to process deposits and withdrawals for BERA. This is due to a network upgrade on the Berachain protocol (https://x.com/berachain/status/1985288599152042101), which necessitates a temporary pause in transactional flows to ensure the security and integrity of user assets.

What this means for you:

- You cannot deposit BERA into your account at this time.
- You cannot withdraw BERA from your account at this time.
- Trading (buying/selling) of BERA is also unavailable.

We will post updates as soon as we have more clarity on the timeline.

Scheduled - BitGo will undergo scheduled maintenance to support the upcoming Polkadot Asset Hub migration. This migration moves core network functions from the Polkadot Relay Chain to the Asset Hub, improving user experience through:

- Lower transaction costs
- Greater flexibility in paying fees
- Expanded asset support (including stablecoins and NFTs)
- Enhanced connectivity to trustless bridges such as Ethereum

Between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM UTC (11 PM - 11 AM PT) on November 4, 2025, BitGo clients may experience temporary interruptions, including:

- Incorrect Balance Display: Wallet balances may temporarily appear inaccurate. Funds remain secure and will automatically refresh once the Asset Hub sync completes.
- Transfer Pauses / Failures: Deposits and withdrawals may be unavailable. This applies to all wallet types, including Go Accounts.

No action is needed for users of Hot wallets, Custodial Cold wallets, Self-custody Cold wallets, or Go Accounts. We recommend not to perform deposits or withdrawals during this window.
