We are currently investigating an issue affecting the Persona identity verification (liveness check) flow.

Some users may experience the liveness verification opening in a small, scrollable window. After scanning the QR code and completing the verification on their mobile device, the process may take significantly longer than expected to complete or appear to hang.

Our engineering team is actively investigating the root cause and working toward a resolution. We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.
